This regional day of giving is the Foundation for Sustainable Forest’s most impactful campaign of the year. Your gift will directly conserve forested land as carefully managed working forests that support healthy watersheds, wildlife, and communities!

Your gift during Erie Gives will be enhanced by a pro-rated matching donation by the Erie Community Foundation and its Sponsors.

New this year, all processing and credit card fees will be covered by the Erie Community Foundation and its Corporate Sponsors. Now, every nonprofit will receive 100% of every donation, no matter how the gift is made either online, by check, or via IRA distribution.

To give by check: Checks can be mailed to or dropped off to Erie Community Foundation prior to August 5th. All checks must be made out to “Erie Community Foundation” and must be accompanied by a check form. Mail check and completed form to The Erie Community Foundation, 459 West 6th Street, Erie, PA 16507.

To give online: Online contributions will be accepted for 24 hours on Tuesday, August 12th. Visit eriegives.org to get started.

To give by phone: Contact the Erie Community Foundation call center at 814.454.0843 from 8am to 8pm on August 12th using your credit card (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa).

To make a gift of stock or IRA: Contact your financial advisor to discuss this option, and review the Erie Community Foundation’s Qualified Distributions Informational Sheet. The deadline to initiate the transfer of stock or IRA distribution is Monday, August 11th. Please provide your financial custodian with the check form, which must accompany the check, and mail the check and completed form to The Erie Community Foundation, 459 West 6th Street, Erie, PA 16507.
