This year’s Loving the Land Through Working Forests program will feature a free guided woods walk, in lieu of a full conference agenda.
In prior years, woods walk sessions at the Loving the Land conference have always drawn a crowd and attendees consistently shared feedback that walking the woods with an FSF forester was the highlight of their conference experience. With this in mind, the 2026 Loving the Land Through Working Forests event will scale back from its usual conference format, instead focusing on a guided woods walk led by FSF.
