Lynn Firth Wildflower Walk

April 26 @ 1:00 pm 4:00 pm

This afternoon hike is a celebration of springtime in the forest, held in loving memory of Foundation for Sustainable Forests co-founder Lynn Firth.

This year, we will open up Bo’s Woods in Spring Creek Township, Warren County, for the afternoon, giving you the opportunity to explore this unique site through a guided walk. Bo’s Woods was donated to the Foundation in 2024 by Karen Schindler in memory of her late husband, Robert “Bo” Schindler.

This walk will traverse uneven and wet terrain, while keeping a relaxed pace. Waterproof footwear is recommended. A portajohn will be available on-site. Light refreshments will be provided.

RSVP appreciated. Call (814) 694-5830 or email [email protected] to RSVP.

Free Event is free and open to the public.
