On Tuesday, March 10th at noon at 7pm, Penn State Extension will host an engaging webinar highlighting research led by National Aviary researcher Dr. Steve Latta and his team, including PhD candidate Cassandra Ziegler, in partnership with The Foundation for Sustainable Forests. Their four-year study explores how uneven-aged forest management affects bird species of conservation concern, including both early successional and interior forest species. The FSF team will also discuss their management approach and offer practical tips for landowners seeking to enhance bird diversity and habitat quality on their properties.
