Twilight at Blooming Valley Forest

Last week, FSF’s Blooming Valley Forest hosted “Twilight at the Forest Edge.” Gathering just before dusk, attendees listened for changing patterns in bird and insect sounds as light faded, then caught the first stars emerging, slowly giving way to constellations. Richard Gosnell, Penn State Behrend astronomy lecturer and Kripalu trained Mindful Outdoor Guide, led the stargazing and provided pointers for getting started on your own.
