The FSF team has had a busy fall, including the Loving the Land Through Working Forests weekend of events in September, hosting an offering for the statewide Walk in Penn’s Woods, touring Greenfield Basket Manufacturing, and meeting with landowners interested in protecting their forests long-term.
To that last point, the Foundation is excited to share the story of the Liebenguth Family and their property, fondly called “The Land,” which they have recently protected in partnership with FSF. You can read the Liebenguth’s story, and more, in the Fall Newsletter below!
